So I thought I would change the rubber exhaust flaps as they were starting to tear (and i'm running out of jobs to do). Nice 5 minute job........ha, you know what's coming.......Cut the reinforced rubber out (no sweat), punched the holes (too easy). Undo the first S/S bolt (Everything going well), next bolt breaks off at the head with about 1mm thread out of the exhaust cowling. Hmmm, Surely I can't be unlucky enough to have that happen again------Yep, next 2 do the same thing even with a soak of penetrine. So now i'm on the other side of drilling out, re-tapping and finally mounting the new flaps. Oh how I love a 5 minute job..........

In reality, it would be better spending more than 5 minutes with some new flaps....
