Cut up the ski tow to make it fit.
So its in getting welded up properly, my cocky sh1t welds probly wont hold up.

Got a mate to do the name and some pinstripe on it.
Cant tell u the name just yet gotta do the whole christening and the champagne thing otherwise well jinx the whole show.
Its booked in on the 6th of november to get a club marine insurance check so. Next week maybe first run.

Didnt quite make it.
Theres a blockage between the filler bottle and the leg so they couldnt fill the gearbox up.

Theres a few other small things needs doing like earth the fuel tank.

Put a fuse straight off the battery.

Battery isolator.

Trailer needs tyres.

They said it looks good, i just gotta pull the drive to see whats going on.

Hopefully its nothing too major Juddy. All the other stuff looks pretty easy to get sorted.
Keep plugging away at it. It'll be on the water before you know it!

Yeah i got all day today looking at that gear lube problem.
Monday 20th i got 3 days when ill nail all the rest.

Nice work Juddy, old school fault finding. The manual would never suggest plugged line.

There wasnt much on the internet either.
Heaps of guys telling u how to fill it 10 different ways but nothing about blockages.

It was only because the transom was open with no hoses for 6 months.

So i couldnt help meself and bought a scoop.

Cut a hole in the fuel tank for a fuel level sender and didnt blow up.
Aluminiums supposedly doesnt spark so I just took it easy and drowned it in lanolin INOX.
