Im at the point of installing a fuel tank in my old clinker rebuild 'The Anyhow' and have a few issues.
The tank was previously in the nose of the boat, however the nose had several vents- i presume to flush out any petrol vapours. I have filled all the holes on the nose however i want to put a fuel cell back under the nose with a filler tube and cap on the front of the nose (along with a vent from the tank).
The fuel line would then run from the bottom of the tank under the floor to the engine compartment, through a filter/water seperator and into the mechanical fuel pump/carb.
Considering i will use a bilge blower in the engine compartment - am i still in danger of blowing myself up??
