hey ive been riding in this machine we call the snow tunnel/tunnel boarding, its a cross between half pipe snow boarding and surfing, check out the website WWW.thesnowtunnel.com, its pretty low budget site but gives an idea what we have been doin in this blokes back yard.

I've ridden it, and its definaltey good fun, super different to anything else tho. most like surfing i guess, not much like snowboarding unless you like traversing all day lol

bmx and skaters have been riding full pipes for ages, is def a different sensation to the 1/4 pipe, good times tho.

Had to laugh at the guy who rails on everyone for hating it, then says he hates haters... A nice bit of hipocracy.

Kind of reminds me of a flow rider, but dry. Wonder what would happen if you cranked up the rpms a bit. Seems like they could be getting more air. At least enough to get up to the vert section. Be worth a try.

ha yeah it has copped a bit on you tube, funny comments too, people compare it too snowboarding n pay out on it when its actually a boardsport of its own kind,.

the clip on you tube was form the first test run and does not do it any justice, we are workin on a proper vid at the moment.

The bloke who runs the snow tunnel is wanting new riders of any board sport to come have a ride, its located just out of frankston.

bloody oath mate! thats the plan, this is just a proto-type and anythings possible size and shape.
This bloke approched the F@%*ed observation faires wheel in melbourne, to see if he could turn it into a snow tunnel, ha ha.
