what tube for noobHey guys, kinda new to the whole wakeboarding/ tubing thing and loving it, Problem is i bought a cheap basic as tube and yeah love it but want something better, has anyone used one of those ron marks battle chariot things? they look good but not sure, think im tossing up between one of those and the ron marks hell bent, prob use in the salt too so something that goes well in the rough stuff.
Re: what tube for noobProbably too late now, but the battle chariots are good for younger kids, but get quiet boring as they generally stay in the middle of the wake and are very hard to fall off. in my opinion the best tubes are just normal donuts or flat 'discs'
Re: what tube for noobHave to agree, can't go past toe donuts or biscuits. 2 at once.
I've got a three person hotdog which people seem to love. It generally stays in the middle of the wake, but it's good for throwing people off. Had a few injuries though.
Re: what tube for noobyep, two or three up tube battles are the best.
When the lake is trashed from aquabogans pulling laps all day the only solution is a good tube session. Up at moogerah we would get anywhere up to 4-5 people on three tubes and see who is the last man standing.
Re: what tube for noob
Yep, 3 tubes, 6 people, battle to the death boat driver gets to play too.
Re: what tube for noobwe used to do that, but i've been pulled up a few times for towing too many people

Re: what tube for noobAs long as you have enough capacity for everyone in the boat and you have a spotter you should be right. Depends how much of a pain they want to be though.
Re: what tube for noobi thought you were only allowed to tow 3 people
Re: what tube for noobQueensland has no limits on the number of people that can be towed (at least from what I can see on the regulations)

Re: what tube for noob
Yes NSW rules say only three people, other states must differ.
Re: what tube for noob
South Australia is as follows " No more than three people, or one device carrying up to three people, may be towed at one time".
Re: what tube for noobVictoria is only 3 people allowed
Re: what tube for noobYep NSW is 3, a mate was booked over the break for towing two tubes with two people on each, I believe it was around a $200 fine as well that he was stung with.
