Tubing wars!!

Postby 2freeq » Wed Jan 28, 2015 8:01 pm

ok a few mates want have a go at tubing wars. currently if only towing 1 tube i attach the bridle to the ski hooks on the transom. if i want to tow 2 tubes do i attach both tubes to the bridle so they are together or one tube to each tow hook on transom to keep them seperated?

also is it better to tow a tube from the ski hooks down low or should i invest into a ski pole and get the rope risen up out of the water?

I think if you put one on either tow hook the tubes will naturally sit either side of the wake which will make it a bit of a dud for tube wars. If they both come from the one point (bridle) they will be closer and more fun.

A ski pole will be a big improvement to help keep the ropes out of the water and allow the tubes so move around from side to side easier. Also it will be much better for skiing/wakeboarding.
