Cable park in Bali?

Heard a few patchy stories about a cable park in Bali. Can anyone shed some light on this?

How did you go behind the boat mate? Was hoping the cable would be a good way to pass the time between beers...

Found some prices on their website
2 hours $48usd
4 hours $68usd
Full day $88usd
Weekly $288usd

I'm thinking about going over in June for a week,
Any ideas if you will be able to hire a board from there?

They have the standard run of the mill rental gear, including the old style skurfers, easystart wake boards and kneeboards , as part of the ticket cost.

They are the Asian Distributors for Double Up wakeboards, So there will be quality boards for hire also.

Anyone interested, air Asia are now flying Direct from Melbourne for $78 (works out being $200ish return) at the minute. Found that out 2 mins after I paid $670 return on jetstar haha.

Will you have boards to buy over there or should I pick one up before I head over?

email ryan [at] baliwakepark.com and ask them. i dont think its much cheaper than AUS as their DUP gear is coming from here.

The do have a few DUP boards for hire on top of the lift ticket though

I went up for the Island Wakefest over easter and took our own gear up in a Prowake wheel bag. We packed all our clothes inside it too and it didnt cost us when we flew Virgin Australia. Had no problems going thru customs either

Went to this cable park last Thursday. Not experienced at all in cableboarding so took a bit of getting used to and nothing really to compare to. But was a good experience! Definitely enjoyed.
Cost was about $40 for an hour but with a beginner board. Ended up being around $70 for the hour with a decent board.
They have a store there too but prices arent too different to Aus, if at all.
Still had a good experience and looking forward to the Melbourne park opening now so I can give it another crack!
Sport, music, mates, sand and water. Bliss.
