Hey guys, I need some help deciding what size spool sprocket I should buy.
Specs:
9HP Engine
1" CC 14 Tooth
160mm Inner Spool Diameter
250m Rope
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

What rev range will you be running? and what is you final desired pull speed?

According to the ad for the engine (http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/141046343784 ... EBIDX%3AIT) Max RPM is 3600.
Ideally I'd like to be able to both wakeskate and wakeboard behind it. I've always been the one behind the boat rather than driving it, so I'm unsure of the speed

At 3600 Rpm when the rope is on the centre of the the drum (205mm) to get 18mph you will need a 67 tooth sprocket on the drum.
Pm me your email address and I will send you the calculator if it will make it easier for you.

@carlossa
Why is it 205mm rather then 160mm?

That will be the speed at the centre of the pull. As the drum fills with rope you will get faster unless you can slowly reduce the rpm as the winch fills. I hope this makes sense. Have you played around with the calculator I sent?
