Bellie-good to hear you are still alive too!!! All us old blokes have been hibernating in winter and repairing our worn out bodies. pretty good if you had your own Dam, but I guess you will never come back then. Johny & Emmy have been riding thru winter and have been doing really good.
ChrisC- good to hear the hip is good. We will be out on saturday. My knee is good, but still not quite ready for wakeboarding but I will give the wakesurfer a go on long weekend.

I am pretty sure it was Woteva's boat on the ramp when I drove past yesterday. I was up at Bundanon yesterday arvo and got very keen to bring the boat down from Womble's for a weekend. The Shoalhaven was pristine and not a boat in sight.

Sadly the boat has been relocated to Yass (temporarily)
We touched water last saturday at Burrinjuck Dam, Both a little sore though and our young wakeboarder to be decided she does not like water anymore.
She must be adopted.
Oh yeh kath called a sicky the next day, guess she needs a can of "hardin up"
The water was glass. with a bit of chill
Cost me a few bucks though. Some how lost my drink holder off the engine cowl on the way, and blew a hydraulic line on the trailer brakes. (a week after i had them bled)
Boat ran well and that all that matters
Hopefully kath can get a weekend of sometime this summer and we can head down to our van. I think it is still somewhere up river of the shoalhaven, its been a while
Good times
....... I got nuthin but i got juice

Hi Caprice
Not sure of actual water temp, but we are now out of wetsuits and just using boardies and rashy/wetsuit top and Lifejacket. One of the guys had just boardies and said it was cold but he survived. Maybe we are all a bit soft

We were out for a few hours sunday morning, finding it hard these days to find the time to get out, so our kids will ride no matter what the conditions with little to no complaints.

enough of this old and soft talk!!!
busy!!! Not getting out as much as we used to a few years ago, kids get older and other interests take priority. Lach is itching to get on the water haven't been out since jan, but he got a AIS scolarship for AFL and spends most weekends in Canberra for that. One day when he is a star it will be all worth it, so he tells us!!!

We are up in Newcastle at the moment, but try to be home most weekends. Ange has found a place she liked in Nelson Bay to keep herself occupied. Haven't ridden since Cairns which is over 19 Months ago!

wetty tops it is from now on i think =( getting a bit chilli, although the water is alright once you get wet but it's just the wind chill factor once you get up. bummer.
anyone keen to ride through winter?

wind is always a problem down there it's either full on like blow you away or nice and smooth. last few days have been so bad, especially when your keen as mustard to get out there.
yes? ALRIGHT! can't wait to ride through winter, water is always so smooth. Think me and dad might be looking for a crew to alternate rides with or something through winter cause were one person short haha. so if anyone is pumped to ride =)

hey chrisC
the wind was blowing pretty hard on the weekend. Sorry to hear about the tents- you will have to buy that camper now. cant wait to see the camper and the boat hooked up to the patrol emmy was was super keen on sun & mon, but it just wasnt worth it after saturday. as usual we went home tues and it was ok
maybe we should set a few dates and maybe alternate boats during winter and see if we can some other starters.
I know the dates are hard with kids and sports. what days suit you better- sat or sun??
we are going out tomorrow(provided the brakes are finished on the trailer).
